Ultimate Selfish Love

         If it is not for myself
         I would not cry if it were not for my own sorrow
         I filled my dimples with all the happiness coming from you
         I filled myself of you
         Me, I am the container of you
         I am a mirror of you
         I am the filter of all your trouble
         Just because I love you

         I love you
         as much I love myself
         I love you
         as selfishly as the fact that I exist
         As selfishly as my lungs breathe air.
         I breathe for my own necessity,
         For the fuel of my soul, for my own survival.
         I have given you, not my sacrifice, not my pity, but
         My ego and my naked need.
         Just because I love you.

         Now if I tell you to forget the world and your struggle
         To feel no anger
         No concern and no hope,
         Just to exist for me, for my need of you
         As my property, as my prey
         You might say:
         I would obey you.
         But you would not

         You would say:
         You would love me as much as you need the air
         As your necessity
         Take me and use me
         As your own means to survive
         I want you to love me
         As selfishly as you love your money,
         Your assets and all your property

         I felt the triumph of conquering you
         The same triumph as I conquered myself
         The feeling that I give myself one hundred percent
         The feeling that I have been totally submissive
         I want you to remain in the battle you have chosen
         Because a battle is never selfless.
         You said,
         Come and kiss my hand
         I would kneel down and kiss your feet.

         I must learn not to be afraid of the world.
         Not to be held by it nor withdraw from it.
         We should accept all the happiness and sorrow
         As God gives us the way what they had been intended to be.
         I have given you my ultimate love
